Feeling good, as the world returns to work and gets busier business is picking up nicely, if slowly.

It's certainly been a long few months! Glad to get going again.

What has changed for you positively as a result of lockdown? 

The realisation that we can do more remotely via internet meetings more than we imagined, increasing our availability.

A business that contributes positively to the local community.

Can you name on person in your life who has really helped you during this time? 

My partner for the frequent kicking up the arse to keep going!!

What are your business plans for Q4? 

To get back to health and safety training, and gain more local clients
