The Nici Group Welcomes New Managing Director
Lukasz Dwornik has been appointed to take the reigns as Managing Director of The Nici Group to steer it through the next stage of its development.
Mr Dwornik joins Nici from Harbour Hotels where he headed up two of its flagship properties where they established and maintained five-star status and multiple awards.
Other appointments have been made to the management team, with Richard Warr, formerly of Chewton Glen, taking on the role of Group Food and Beverage Director and Christopher Drodge, with prior experience at The Pig Hotels, will take charge of the day-to-day operations at the Bournemouth hotel.
Executive chef Dominic South whose background includes a decade-long stint at The Langham and The Corinthia will oversee the kitchen operations and Ian Gibbs is Head Chef.
The Nici is recognised as one of the UK’s most exciting new hotel brands and was named the winner of the Best Hotel Interior Renovation at the Boutique Hotelier Awards last year.
