WHATโ€™S INCLUDED IN THE 28 DAYS?

  • The majority of people! You may be thinking, โ€˜how does that work?โ€™ Well, youโ€™ve obviously not experienced true Small Group Personal Training before ๐Ÿ‘‹ Training with no more than 5 others with you means that we can really personalise our programme to suit you.

  • Once registered in the above form, we'll call you so that we can discuss our 28 experience to make sure weโ€™re both a right fit. If you decide to go ahead, weโ€™ll guide you throughout the rest of the process.

  • We have over 60 sessions a week to pick from. Starting at 6am and generally finishing at 8.30pm. We also open 7am - mid-day on a Saturday.

  • Youโ€™re only committing to our 28 day experience for a taste of Square One. We can then discuss membership options with you which work on a monthly basis.

  • Our 28 Day Experience is a one-off payment of ยฃ119. If you wish to join, our monthly memberships work out at around ยฃ16-20 per session, with additional bonus CV-based classes thrown in, as an extra. 1-1 personal training can cost you anything from ยฃ35-60 per hour, so this is a more budget friendly way to be coached well, around other like-minded individuals.

  • Think of our sessions more like personal training, than a class. You wonโ€™t feel like youโ€™re holding people up as we cater for a wide range of abilities. We are big believers in easing people in, too.

  • No, we decided to put all of our eggs in to personalised coaching & support as this is where we can help people the most and hold you accountable.
